Cadiz Pharmacy is your locally owned, hometown pharmacy in Cadiz, Kentucky. Before moving locations & being renamed, the pharmacy has been locally owned & operating for over 30 years. The number one priority of Cadiz Pharmacy is to provide quality service & the best patient care available. The friendly staff strives to provide fast & efficient services for all medication needs.
Cadiz Pharmacy offers vaccinations, free prescription delivery, over-the-counter products, prescriptions, and medication counseling with a licensed pharmacist. The entire staff works endlessly to meet all patient needs & serve the local community.

Meet Sally Hancock
Sally Hancock received a Bachelor of Science from Western Kentucky University in 2018 and Doctor of Pharmacy from Belmont University in 2022. She then completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville.
Sally will be a 4th generation pharmacist in our community!
Her family has been practicing pharmacy for 100+ years. Sally’s mother is the owner of Cadiz Pharmacy. Her father, both grandfathers, and great-grandfather were all pharmacists in Cadiz and Hopkinsville.
